You are kept continuously informed of the project’s progress thanks to the sending of weekly reports prepared after each site visit.
Finally, site handover reports are drafted to ensure the works are closed out in a compliant and rigorous manner.
Fees: between 7% and 12% of the total cost of the works.

- Site supervision fees: €3,300 incl. VAT (option of a fixed package of 4 key appointments at €1,650 incl. VAT)

- Works estimated at €160,000 for a higher-end full renovation (€2,000/m2)
