Anatole Project
RENOVATION OF A 44 SQM APARTMENT IN VINCENNES
In Vincennes, the agency supported a young first-time buyer in renovating her apartment, with a clear objective: to create a comfortable, functional and bright interior, while keeping to a controlled budget.
The project is based on a soft, timeless palette combining light oak, white and warm beige, enhanced with touches of powder pink and deep green. This balance of colours adds character without overloading the spaces, reinforcing the feeling of brightness and harmony.
The entrance, initially open, was partially partitioned off with an oak-framed glass partition. This intervention makes it possible to structure the volumes while preserving natural light. The space now includes a built-in wardrobe and a console table, combining aesthetics and practicality.
Continuing on, the kitchen was completely redesigned to integrate naturally into the living area. Choosing IKEA units made it possible to optimise the budget while focusing the effort on bespoke design and the quality of the finishes. The polished concrete-effect floor, light oak fronts and marble-effect worktop create a cohesive whole, complemented by a multifunctional high table designed as a smooth transition into the living room.
The shower room underwent a complete transformation from an initially constrained space with a separate WC. The new layout offers a spacious, optimised room: a vanity unit incorporating the washing machine, a generous shower with niches, a round mirror to soften the lines, forest-green zellige tiles and brushed brass finishes. A WC area with bespoke storage completes the ensemble.
The bedroom was designed as a multifunctional cocoon, incorporating both an optimised dressing room and a dedicated home-working desk area. An existing niche was transformed into a bespoke workspace, structured with oak elements and enhanced by textured floral wallpaper. The dressing room, designed as a bridge over the bed, maximises storage with full-height hanging rails, shelves and integrated niches.
This renovation project in Vincennes illustrates an approach where every detail matters: space optimisation, the choice of durable materials and functional design in the service of everyday life.
