FULL RENOVATION OF A FAMILY APARTMENT IN THE 18TH.
For their first purchase, Benjamin and Violaine chose an apartment that needed a complete renovation (parquet flooring to be replaced, electrics to be redone, bathroom to be reconfigured, bedroom layouts, window replacement, paint and wallpaper).
In addition to renovating their property, they needed support in choosing their new furniture and creating their decor.
A colourful, eclectic and warm approach was favoured in order to give each room a strong aesthetic identity.
To properly welcome their first child, Benjamin and Violaine wanted a flexible, functional bedroom. The furniture was chosen so it could evolve over time (0–4 years bed, changing table incorporating a chest of drawers). The layout includes a lovely play area.
In terms of decor, a soft, bucolic atmosphere was selected. The setting created is timeless enough to suit both a newborn and a little girl. Once the wallpaper was chosen, the shade was carried through to the curtains and the pendant light.
