About the Agency
Based in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, at 16 rue Francœur, our agency designs and transforms your living and working spaces.
We believe that architecture should, above all, be designed for those who inhabit it. Our approach combines attentive listening, creativity, and technical rigor to create spaces that are both functional and deeply personal.
Whether you are an individual seeking a bespoke interior or a professional looking to redesign your premises, our team of four experts supports you at every stage: from architectural design to site supervision, including the choice of materials and the definition of atmospheres.
Renovation, extension, interior design, or the creation of commercial spaces: each project is a unique story that we build with you, for places that truly reflect who you are.
Margaux Lemoine
As an interior architect, I hold a degree in Space Design, specializing in Interior Architecture. My background as a project manager and team leader has provided me with a structured work methodology, the ability to anticipate needs, and an eye for detail.
These assets will allow you to approach your renovation project with clarity and peace of mind.
Client satisfaction guides every decision I make. I devote essential time to listening and dialogue in order to understand your habits, your constraints, and your desires. It is this understanding that allows me to design spaces adapted to your daily life, in a contemporary, warm, and functional spirit.
Being an interior architect is, above all, about providing guidance: translating a story, revealing potential, and proposing fair and sustainable solutions.
To achieve this, I rely on a network of trusted professionals — artisans, suppliers, design offices, and qualified collaborators — chosen for their reliability, commitment, and high standards.
How does an interior architecture project unfold?
The first part of the project consists of discovering and understanding:
Your property:
> Its volumes
> Its exposure and natural light
> Its technical constraints
Your technical and functional needs:
> You wish to create an additional room
> Completely renovate the property you have just acquired
> Or create additional storage
Your tastes:
> What atmosphere you wish to create
> Which color palette you prefer
> Which materials you are drawn to
> What you do not like at all

This phase consists of designing your project through:
> Layout proposals in 2D plans and 3D views
> The creation of a decorative atmosphere
> Suggestions for materials and furniture
> The production of technical execution plans (demolition, partitioning, joinery, plumbing, electricity, etc.)
> Obtaining construction quotes from our partners to budget and finalize your project

This involves managing the oversight of your project through:
> The development of a detailed schedule
> The management of selected partner companies
> The verification of the proper execution of the work performed
> Sending weekly reports following site visits
> The drafting of acceptance reports upon project completion
